Thank you for visiting the AirTanker Welfare Community website. This is a new website which is being developed to improve communication and information between AirTanker and their much valued staff and families. Our priority is to create greater awareness of welfare and wellbeing services and benefits, family support, what to do in an emergency, events, activities and links to the Royal Air Force (RAF) Brize Norton Community.

We have a diverse workforce, directly employing Civilian and Sponsored Reservist (SR) staff, who work alongside RAF Embedded Engineers, Logisticians and Operations staff. All of these staff groups join together to create a Voyager Force providing a truly Whole Force Approach to supporting Defence.

The commitment and dedication our staff and families give to Voyager is greatly appreciated by our Executive team. They recognise that it’s you who have made us the company we are today. It’s therefore important to us that we provide you with signposting to the right welfare and wellbeing services and benefits so that you may be fully informed.

Our aim is to create and promote a positive mental, social, physical and community environment whereby you feel the benefits of our health initiatives and services in support of your wellbeing. The website will evolve and over the next weeks and months, therefore your feedback regarding the type of content you would like to receive will be greatly valued.
