Civilians, the RAF and Sponsored Reservists standing together
AirTanker blends together civilians, RAF and Sponsored Reservists in the workplace in support of Voyager. We offer a rich variety of opportunities from engineers, pilots and flight operations teams, underpinned by regular support services.
This mixed manning approach gives us the flexibility to deploy operational teams in support of RAF Voyager around the globe.
Irrespective of their background, civilian or military, all of our people share a common commitment to delivering service excellence to the RAF. For our part, AirTanker is equally committed to its people, supporting them in their personal and professional development.

While we have a huge variety of roles permanently based here at the AirTanker Hub at RAF Brize Norton, others could give you an opportunity to see the world. Flying from Calgary to the Falklands, we have a host of different roles that give our people an opportunity to travel. This includes civilian cabin crew and pilots, engineers and other operational supporting roles from Flight Operations to Human Resources.
