Training and development

When you begin at AirTanker, you’ll complete a comprehensive induction programme, meeting several key stakeholders and gaining an in-depth understanding of the company and your role. Here, we believe in giving our people every possible opportunity to develop, by offering excellent training and career development opportunities. These will be explored with the HR team and fully supported by your line manager.

During an annual Performance Development Review (PDR), employees have the opportunity to sit down with their line manager and discuss their performance against set objectives, identified training needs and goals for the following year.
